Consolidated Non-Financial Statement (DCNF)
This year, the Group drafted its first Consolidated Non-Financial Statement (DCNF), in compliance with art. 4 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 254/2016.
This document contains information regarding environmental and social issues, issues regarding staff, respect for human rights and the fight against corruption. This information is useful for a clear understanding of the activities carried out by the Group, of its progress, results and the impact produced.
The document was approved by the Board of Directors on 20 September 2018.

Sustainability policy
The Sustainability Policy was approved by the Board of Directors on 3 August 2017, and is applied throughout the Group. It is consistent with the Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct, Organisational Model 231 and all the other policies, guidelines, procedures, directives and measures connected with the key issues identified in the Policy. In line with the main standards and statements, it is organised into five priority areas, and its objective is to guide the improvements of the Group in the pertinent sectors and to supplement sustainability in the Group’s business strategy and management.
